PhysioFit is excited to offer a great selection of fitness classes geared to all fitness levels. Train with the best fitness instructor Windsor has to offer, Lance Cosgrove, who holds a 4 year bachelor of human kinetics degree and is a certified personal trainer, fitness instructor and nutrition and wellness specialist. His fitness knowledge and experience, coupled with his extreme enthusiasm makes our fitness classes like no other! Reach your fitness goals and have fun doing it! Pass the word..first class is free!
